Our Strategic Innovation and Implementation (SI&I) Branch is actively seeking a dedicated Project Analyst to join our team at Covered California's Service Center. This role is focused on providing in-depth analysis and expert insights to drive forward service center projects, enhancing operations and contributing to long-term planning and project selection. As a Project Analyst, you'll engage with cross-functional teams, including IT and Service Center Operations, to identify and resolve project issues, support system testing, and develop effective solutions that meet Covered California's strategic objectives. Additionally, you'll play a key role in monitoring project metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient communication within our branch.

This position is headquartered in Sacramento County at our Expo Office, located at 1601 Exposition Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95815. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee's office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies.

This position may be eligible for telework. In accordance with Government Code section 14200, only employees who reside in California are eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Covered California's current telework policy. While Covered California supports telework, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksite with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the Department.
