Job Summary

The Recruiting Manager will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and processes. Partnering with the VP, People & Culture, this role will lead the development and implementation of recruiting best practices, train hiring managers, and collaborate on the launch of new employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP, People & Culture to develop and refine recruiting strategies, processes, and metrics.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for roles across all levels, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, create job descriptions, and ensure hiring best practices are followed.
• Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Source and attract diverse, top-tier talent using innovative sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
• Train and educate managers on effective hiring practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
• Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute employer branding initiatives that showcase the company's culture and values.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles, fostering relationships for current and future opportunities.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of demonstrated / directly related experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment and sourcing at all levels
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing ATS systems
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment
• Experience training and supporting hiring managers on recruitment best practices
• Strong understanding of employer branding and its integration into recruiting strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency using Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat Reader, DocuSign
• Proficiency working with Mac OS
• Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in exploring emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance Recruiting Operations
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment - preferably in the tech, digital/social media, or entertainment industries
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• A good attitude and ability to work well in a close-knit team environment - no brilliant jerks here!
• High attention to detail, organized, problem-solver, critical thinker; able to effectively prioritize tasks
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and suggesting solutions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Experience recruiting within the music, entertainment, or digital media industries
• Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment strategies
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup, coming to the Los Angeles office 2–3 days per week.

Pay Scale

• $105,000 - $130,000 USD per year
• Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related considerations.
