Join Our Team as a Customer Service Associate!

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences? Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, offering assistance with products and services, efficiently operating a cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and accurately processing various payment methods.
• Deliver friendly, courteous, and quick service while adhering to established point of sale and customer service guidelines.
• Aim to meet or exceed personal goals related to credit applications and loyalty program sign-ups.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy by completing point of sale transactions and following merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in the training of new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring adherence to Kohl's brand standards.
• Participate in essential daily processes, such as register balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.

Your Skills

Required:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No prior retail experience is necessary.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Experience in customer-facing roles within retail or service industries.

• Basic math and reading skills with legible handwriting and basic computer operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and more with assistance.
• Frequent climbing, squatting, stooping, kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, and majority standing or walking during shifts.
• Ability to visually verify information and locate merchandise effectively.
• Adherence to health and safety standards at all times.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $23.85
