Lundberg Family Farms is seeking two Sanitation people for our Snacks production department. As a Snacks Sanitation team member you will ensures the highest level of cleanliness in the Snacks department by following established sanitation procedures and food safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Execute cleaning procedures, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Regularly clean and empty waste bins to ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
• Conduct intensive cleaning procedures during scheduled shutdowns and product changeovers, ensuring equipment and surfaces meet requirements before production resumes.
• Operate a forklift safely to transport waste bins and support sanitation activities as required.
• Track waste according to procedure and report high waste to department leadership.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work overtime as business needs necessitate.
• Basic English reading comprehension to understand labels, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction, for accurate product counts and labeling.
• Basic data entry skills for tracking production and quality control.
• Ability to work at a consistent, fast pace with hands-on production tasks.
• Ability to set up pack lines for variety changes as needed.

• Sitting/Standing/Walking: 100% of the time is spent standing in or walking around production areas.
• Lifting/Carrying: Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds for short distances as required.
