We're seeking aforward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO)to lead the next phase of our digital transformation—driving innovation, building scalable systems, and establishing a world-class technology organization.
TheCTOwill serve as both a strategic business leader and a hands-on technical architect. This executive will align technology initiatives with the firm's long-term growth strategy, overseeing all aspects of ourtechnology ecosystem, includingbusiness applications, call center systems, data infrastructure, web development, and cybersecurity.
The ideal candidate blends strategic vision with executional excellence—capable of leading teams, managing large-scale projects, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Define and execute amulti-year technology roadmapaligned with business growth and client experience objectives.
Serve as a trustedmember of the C-suite, advising on technology-driven business strategy and innovation.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams acrossBusiness Applications, Data Engineering, and Web Development.
Make strategicbuild-vs-buy decisionsto maximize value, agility, and ROI.
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of business-critical systems, includingSalesforceandAmazon Connect.
Lead initiatives to enhancecall center reliability, scalability, and client satisfaction.
Deployanalytics, automation, and workforce management toolsto improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Architect and maintainenterprise-grade data infrastructureto enable advanced analytics and business intelligence.
Establishstrong data governance, security, and accessibility frameworksacross all functions.
Partner with analytics teams to deliveractionable insightsand enabledata-driven decision-making.
Oversee the continued development of the firm's website—the primary channel for 80% of client engagement.
Ensure excellence inUI/UX, SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
IntegrateAI-driven personalization and automationto increase conversion and engagement.
Lead the firm'sinformation security strategy, safeguarding data against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Implementrobust identity management, encryption, and monitoring systems.
Ensure compliance withmulti-state privacy, data protection, and legal-bar requirements.
Champion firm-wideAI and automation initiativesacross client intake, case management, and operational workflows.
DeployAI agents and multi-agent systemsto improve turnaround time and reduce manual work.

Salesforce Engineering:Customizing and optimizing Salesforce for case lifecycle management.
AI&Automation:Designing and implementing AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and outcomes.
Web&Funnel Technology:Building internal digital capabilities to drive faster deployment and testing cycles.
Data Architecture:Developing modern data stacks (Snowflake, Redshift, dbt, Fivetran) for unified analytics.
Integration Leadership:Standardizing systems and processes across newly acquired firms.
Product&Vendor Management:Managing build-vs-buy strategy and ensuring system interoperability.
Cybersecurity&Compliance:Enforcing strong security frameworks and regulatory adherence.
Strategic Communication:Translating technical initiatives into clear business impact.
10+ yearsof progressive technology leadership experience.
5+ yearsin a CTO, VP, or senior technology executive role.
Proven expertise inbusiness application development, cloud platforms, call center systems, anddata infrastructure.
Deep knowledge ofcybersecurity, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Demonstrated success inscaling systems and teamsin high-growth environments.
Exceptionalcommunication, leadership, and business acumen.
Experience inlegal technology, professional services, or other compliance-driven industries.
Hands-on experience withAI/ML and RPAimplementation in production.
Proven successscaling technology organizationsduring periods of rapid expansion.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $300k to $320k. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
