Warehouse Workers are responsible for shipping goods and maintaining a safe, clean working environment. Warehouse Workers are the frontline in ensuring that our customers receive fresh, safe, quality products in a timely fashion.

The Senior warehouse worker will act as the Load Crew Supervisor (LCS) when the LCS is not available. This requires that the Senior position can perform all duties normally handled by the LCS when needed.

Department: Warehouse / Operations, Reports to Night Crew Supervisor

Wage: $21hr + Weekly incentives.

Minimum Skills Requirements: Warehouse Workers (WW) must have the ability to work extended periods in temperature-controlled environments ranging from -5 to 35-degree Fahrenheit. Any WW must be able to lift products weighing up to 80lbs repeatedly in a safe manner. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential. Any WW must be able to read English and have high school level math skills.

Travel: This position requires no travel. All work is performed at Chico, CA. Warehouse

Duties:

• Assist LCS with nightly paperwork
• Safely operate lift reaches to pull overstock from warehouse racking when needed
• Pick products from stocked locations using an Inventory Management Scanning tool
• Build orders in manner that keeps products safe from damage and/or contamination
• Load trucks per route plan for delivery to our customers
• Work with our Truck Drivers to make routes as efficient as possible
• Audit inventory for proper date rotation
• Operate pallet jacks to move products throughout warehouse
• Ensure the warehouse is kept to proper working conditions
• At times Night Crew may be responsible for receiving product per procedures established in Food Safety Plan.
• Other job-related duties may be added by Warehouse Manager

Schedule: **End times are approximate. Position works until routes are completed

Sunday: 2pm - 1am

Monday: 4pm - 3am

Wednesday: 2pm - 1am

Thursday: 4pm - 3am
