No sponsorship is available for this position.Your new roleRamboll is seeking a motivated Pursuit Manager to join the global Environment & Health Strategic Pursuits team. Building on the foundations of a tender manager, the Pursuit Manager supports technical teams across pre‑tender propositioning, strategy development, tender response management, interviews and lessons learned. Reporting to the Strategic Pursuits Manager, you will support the delivery of strategic bids and tenders, collaborating with colleagues across Commercial, Operational, Technical, Digital, Sustainability and Key Account teams. While your focus will be largely on the Americas region, it is a global role so you will be working with people internationally. Cultural awareness and occasionally working to different time zones is required. Therefore, the candidate will be ideally based on the US East coast to align more closely to European times – although candidates from other regions will be considered. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, consultative, collaborative, personable and eager to get the best out of others while not being afraid to challenge traditional thinking. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,700–$126,100 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits.
